The platform's risk models combine polygenic and monogenic factors drawn from leading genome-wide association studies (GWAS). Polygenic risk scores estimate inherited risk for conditions such as cancer and heart disease based on genetic data from very large populations. Proprietary AI models combine these scores with clinical inputs such as family history and lifestyle, and the models are updated as new data emerges. The models were validated on a dataset of more than 500,000 individuals, including a study with Mayo Clinic that compared the platform's cardiovascular risk prediction with coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring. Interactive "What-If" dashboards let clinicians and patients adjust modifiable risk factors and see the effect on lifetime risk. EMR integration supports test ordering, automatic data entry and single sign-on. The company also holds a granted U.S. patent covering machine learning prediction of therapy response from genetic scores in cardiovascular and cardiometabolic disease.
