בשנים האחרונות, תעשיית ההיי-טק הישראלי, המהווה במשך שנים את קטר הצמיחה של המשק הישראלי, מתבגרת ועוברת מעולם ה-Start-up Nation לעולם ה- Nation Scale-up לבנייה של חברות ישראליות גלובאליות.
חברות במהלך שלבי הצמיחה והגידול במכירות עומדות בפני אתגרי מימון מגוונים עם הפיכתן מחברות הזנק לחברות בוגרות. מנהלי המימון (CFOs) של חברות אלו נדרשים למענה מקצועי מורכב בתחומי גיוס הון עצמי (Equity), גיוסי חוב צמיחה, מימון הון חוזר וסוגיות רגולציה.
כחלק מאסטרטגיה משותפת של Start-Up Nation Central (SNC), רשות החדשנות ופורום חברות הצמיחה לקידום האקו-סיסטם המקומי ויצירת חברות “שלמות” בישראל, זיהינו צורך לקיום סדרת מפגשים שתכלול בין השאר:
– הזדמנות ל-CFOs של חברות משלבי צמיחה שונים להיפגש ולהיחשף לידע וניסיון אישי
– הרחבת הפרופסיה בסוגיות מרכזיות העומדות בפניהם, במימון צמיחת החברות
The Israeli high-tech industry that has been the growth engine of the Israeli economy for the past several years, is now maturing and transitioning from start-up nation to scale-up nation by supporting and creating global Israeli companies.
Growth stage companies face various financing challenges during their development from start-up to a mature company.
CFOs of these companies face complex professional challenges in matters relating raising equity and debt, working capital financing and regulatory issues.
Start-Up Nation Central (SNC), Israel Innovation Authority and Israel Growth Companies Forum share a strategic mission, to promote the local ecosystem and create “complete” companies in Israel. To this end we have identified a need to hold a series of “meet-ups” which will mainly focus on:
- Opportunity for CFOs of various growth companies to meet, network and share experience & knowledge
- Expand CFOs specialization on key issues in financing their company’s growth
