As part of his role, he is responsible for managing a wide variety of tracks that promote technological innovation of companies in growth stages and of mature companies, and contribute to increasing their growth rates and potential. He has 10 years of management experience in leading government and business organizations. Dagan has an extensive financial and research background in the fields of macroeconomics, finance and innovation and technology policy. In addition, he was one of the leaders in the implementation of innovation in government policy and in large and national projects such as the formulation and establishment of the national program for smart transportation and oil substitutes in the Prime Minister's Office. Dagan has a master's degree in economics (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, and research experience in the fields of macroeconomics and finance, sectoral technological changes and public policy.
