Shanghai (China) – Israel Industrial R&D Cooperation Program
The government of the Shanghai Municipality, The People’s Republic of China, and the government of the State of Israel signed a bilateral agreement in April 2011 to form the Shanghai–Israel Program for Industrial R&D with the primary aim of supporting joint industrial R&D projects developing products or processes leading to commercialization in the global market. The bilateral framework is jointly implemented by the Shanghai Science and Technology Department in Shanghai and the Israel Innovation Authority.
