Aviram Zolti

Aviram Zolti, Vice President of Operations and Support, is responsible for the operation of the Israel Innovation Authority’s support, oversight, and collection mechanisms, as well as R&D incentives related to intellectual property policy and tax incentives for technology companies and investors.

Prior to the establishment of the Israel Innovation Authority, Aviram served as Deputy Chief Scientist at the Ministry of Economy.

Aviram holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master’s degree in government and public policy from Bar-Ilan University.
