ISERD’s main goal is to promote the participation of Israeli entities in Horizon Europe and therefore, we are offering the following free-of-charge tools:

NCP guidance and information

ISERD’s staff are officially nominated EC National Contact Points (NCPs), meaning that we work to maximize Israel’s success in the programme. We offer support and service to all Israeli stakeholders: personal consulting meetings, events and webinars presenting the different funding opportunities.  We are the direct interface between the Israeli government and stakeholders and the directors-general in charge of Horizon Europe in Brussels, thereby representing Israel on EC committees.

Partner search

ISERD organizes brokerage events with parallel official organizations, publishes onsite and online brokerage events and supports search platforms together with relevant partners.

Supporting experts from the Israel Innovation Authority

Israeli participants wishing to lead a consortium with at least one foreigner partner onboard can benefit from this service. An Israel Innovation Authority expert will dedicate 15 hours to read a short abstract of the idea, help identify key actors relevant to the topic and support the initial stages of turning an idea to a proposal.

Increasing Participation in EU Framework Programme (Track 37)

For-profit Israeli organizations can receive financial support using Track 37. Organizations will receive retrospective funds to cover three types of activities: hiring a counselor, attending brokerage events and joining official EU partnerships and memberships. For the full amount and procedures see the Increasing Participation in EU Framework Programme.

RedTeam

All Israeli applicants can benefit from this full proposal professional review, by an Israel Innovation Authority expert, in accordance with their availability (preferably experts nominated by the EU to evaluate Horizon Europe proposals). The applicant must send the proposal to the relevant NCP at least one month prior to the submission deadline.

Be in touch and consult ISERD’s staff for any issues.
