Most Horizon Europe collaborative projects under Pillar II require the establishment of strong and well-balanced consortia. This page highlights key tools and platforms supporting partner search across academia, industry, SMEs, public authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, including B2Match, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the Funding & Tenders Portal, CORDIS, and more

B2Match platform

B2Match is an online matchmaking platform supporting partner search and consortium building in Horizon Europe. Dedicated B2Match platforms are available for individual clusters, enabling thematic partner search by call topics, direct messaging, and the scheduling and management of online meetings. The platform also allows users to identify participants interested in acting as consortium coordinators.

Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is a European-wide network supporting international business cooperation and innovation. In addition to its business focus, EEN includes a dedicated research and development cooperation section, featuring partnership offers and requests related to Horizon Europe consortia. Interested organisations may identify relevant profiles; however, contacting profile owners or publishing new partnership requests is carried out via ISERD EEN representatives, according to the relevant thematic areas.

Partner search on the Funding and Tenders portal

Partner search on the Funding & Tenders Portal is an integrated feature supporting the formation of Horizon Europe consortia at call and topic level. The tool enables organisations to publish and browse partnership offers and requests directly linked to specific calls, facilitating targeted partner identification across relevant thematic areas. The portal allows potential partners to express interest and establish initial contact in the context of proposal preparation for Horizon Europe collaborative projects.

CORDIS

CORDIS is the European Commission’s public database of EU-funded research and innovation projects. The portal enables organisations to explore ongoing and completed Horizon Europe and previous Framework Programme projects by thematic areas, identify experienced coordinators and partners, and use this information to support targeted partner search and consortium building for future calls.
