Program's Description
Supporting industrial corporations in conducting R&D and real-world pilots in order to address public challenges identified by government entities that can be solved through technological innovation.
Goal of the incentive program
To support industrial corporations in carrying out research and development activities, including pilot programs and/or product demonstrations at beta sites across a variety of innovation systems, in order to address public challenges identified by government entities that can be solved through technological innovation. The program operates through public calls for proposals, often in cooperation with the relevant government authority.
Who is the incentive program for?
Industrial corporations that are legally incorporated and registered in Israel, operating under Israeli law, and conducting R&D for commercial purposes.
What do you get?
- Grants covering 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the approved budget for eligible industrial corporations that do not receive additional government or Israel Innovation Authority funding for the same program components
- Additional 10% grant for programs primarily carried out in Development Area A

Program's terms and conditions
The program is designed to enable advanced R&D activities, validation, and learning processes through real-world pilots that support technology maturation, deployment, and future commercialization, in cooperation with government bodies addressing public challenges.
How to submit a request for investment
Submissions for this program are subject to periodic public calls for proposals, as published by the Israel Innovation Authority. Currently, the following Calls for proposals are open for submissions:
