Description
.NanoGhost develops a highly selective nano drug targeting platform (nanoGhosts) from the cell membrane of mesenchymal stem cells, cells with known tropism to cancer. nanoGhosts selectively target and treat tumors, including hard to penetrate brain tumors
Technology
NGs are nanovesicles derived from the cell membranes of allogeneic Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). Using the NanoGhost technology, MSCs cell membrane is isolated and downsized to nanoparticles while retaining original architecture and characteristics. NGs can be loaded with different therapeutics, ranging from small molecule drugs, proteins and mRNA.
