W-Cycle has developed a chemical formula that when added to pulp slurry for molded fiber applications produces a robust water and oil barrier - perfect for single use food containers. The resulting product is food-safe, non-coated and 100% biodegradable.
Technology
SupraPulp™ is a compostable, non-coated food packaging solution from a new material. It is a liquid and oil proof replacement for plastic made from 100% natural abounded materials and is unaffected by liquids and oils. The device can be used for hot, wet and greasy foods, which will not leak nor absorb liquids and oils.
