Technology
Green2Pass is a laser-based system that identifies objects on roads and railroads from long distance, both cars and trains. The technology is based on a camera transceiver that uses a unique high resolution, a CMOS camera with high spectral response in the Near-infrared. The laser beam illuminates the road and reflection from car headlights, license plates, road markers and retro reflectors on trine and railway, receives the reflection on the camera and creates a series of pulses that are processed by an innovative algorithm and thus warns the driver effectively before overtaking.
