Novel nano-particles incorporated into common materials (like an additive) and transforms them to highly anti-microbial, indefinitely. Nobio’s breakthrough technology uniquely combines strength, longevity and safety. When encountering bacteria or virus, the Nobio particles exert strong, concentrated electrostatic stress, causing their breakdown and death. The particles are non-soluble and their mode of action does not require any chemical release or exchange, so they remain active indefinitely, without affecting the surroundings. The novel particles consist of a solid core and a high concentration of covalently-bound functional molecules, which multiplies the antimicrobial effect. The solid core enables to permanently embed the particles in the bulk of the treated material, or anchor it to its surface, to provide strong and long-lasting protection.
