About the event
The Korea-Israel Fund (KORIL-RDF) is launching its first call for proposals for the year 2024! This call is aimed at promoting R&D projects and pilots between Israeli and Korean companies. The R&D program offers support of up to 3 million dollars for joint projects, while the pilot program provides support of up to 1 million dollars for joint projects!
Note, this Call for Proposals will be open to all technology sectors, however, we have identified excellent opportunities in the FoodTech sector as the foodtech ecosystems in both Israel and Korea are quite progressed. Therefore, we believe there are strong opportunities for partnerships that can open doors starting from research evaluation to development, production, and, of course, direct access to a large potential market.
Prior to launching this first call for proposals (CFP), we are hosting a special webinar in collaboration with the Good Food Institute (GFI) that will be focused on the foodtech sector to promote submissions in this particular technology segment.
In the webinar, we’ll review the Foodtech ecosystems in both Israel and, acquaint participants with the Korea-Israel Fund (KORIL) and the offered programs, as well as brainstorm on ideas for potential collaborations.
