Senior Director, America and Europe

Tami is responsible to lead the Israel Innovation Authority’s economic development and operations across Europe, US, Canada, and Latin America. In this capacity Tami is in charge of developing new strategic initiatives and collaboration platforms with governments, multinational corporations, VC’s, development banks, and the world’s leading technology centers.

Tami brings with her extensive management experience in positions across both public and private organizations that spans the initiation and management of global large-scale capacity building projects for the innovation system, that won EU funding. She was also appointed by the Israel Higher Education Council as Higher Education Reform Experts for the EU, in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and employability.

Tami was the Founder and former Director of the Innovation Center at “Shenkar Engineering. Design. Art.”, where she managed the research and Tech-Transfer office, including the entire entrepreneurship programs, specializing in innovation at the intersection of business, investments, tech and design. Furthermore, Tami was also the Co-Founder of Tel-Aviv University and Shenkar Colledge’s joint Entrepreneurship Center.

Prior to that she held various positions in high-tech companies as well as in strategic consulting firms.

Tami holds a Master’s degree in Business Design and Innovation from Domus Academy (Milan) and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the College of Management (Israel). She is also a graduate of the executive program at THNK School of Creative Leadership (Amsterdam).
