Ronit Eshel brings more than two decades of experience in leading technological innovation, management, and development in industry. Throughout her career, she has focused on advancing cutting-edge technologies, developing innovation infrastructure, and fostering collaboration between industry, academia, and the public sector.
Ronit currently serves as Acting Head of the Technological Infrastructure Division at the Israel Innovation Authority. In this role, she leads industry-academia collaborations aimed at developing advanced technologies, promoting innovative solutions, and strengthening the Israeli industry’s long-term technological advantage. Previously, she led the Authority’s activities in climate tech and innovation in established industries. Prior to joining the Israel Innovation Authority, Ronit spent approximately 20 years at Intel, where she held various technology roles in the manufacturing division and attained the position of Principal Engineer.
Ronit holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communication and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she completed with honors.
