Mr. Nir Shaked is the Israeli Director of the EIC programmes at ISERD (Israel-Europe Research & Innovation Directorate). Prior to this role, he served as EIC Accelerator Team Leader and as the National Contact Point (NCP) for Health, Agriculture & Food, and ICT. He has been part of the ISERD team since 2018.
Mr. Shaked has extensive experience in the public sector, including serving as a senior government communications officer in the Israeli Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs and Science & Technology. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical center and as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer in the medical imaging industry.
Mr. Shaked holds a B.Sc. in Life Sciences from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
