Summary:
The collaboration between Israeli medical technology companies and leading U.S. hospitals plays a crucial role in advancing global healthcare. Israeli med-tech firms bring cutting-edge innovations, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, while U.S. hospitals provide world-class clinical expertise, large-scale infrastructure, and access to diverse patient populations. This synergy accelerates the development and validation of groundbreaking medical technologies, from AI-driven diagnostics to life-saving devices, ultimately improving patient outcomes. By leveraging each other’s strengths, these partnerships drive medical breakthroughs, enhance treatment effectiveness, and shape the future of healthcare on an international scale.
Program Description
The goal of these collaborations is to stimulate transnational partnerships, accelerate the availability of medical innovations to the public, introduce Israeli healthcare technology to global markets, and advance the development of discoveries for the benefit of patients all over the world. This call for proposal is relevant for the following sectors: Healthcare related technologies, services and devices.
Funding
The Israel Innovation Authority will support of 20% to 50% of the approved R&D budget for 24 months of the Israeli companies, according to the funding regulations
Criteria

Precondition
The Preconditions are detailed in the Israel Innovation Authority’s International Rules & Regulations, the R&D Fund Incentive Program.
Application Process
- We invite companies to submit applications no later than July 28, 2025, at 12:00 (Israel Time).
- Applicants are required to follow the local requirements and use the application format and instructions provided. Applications that are not in the approved format will not be accepted.
- Results will be sent after the committees on both sides make their decisions (if necessary).
