Summary:

The Israel Innovation Authority and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), Singapore’s leading innovation promotion organization, invite Israeli companies to participate in the international innovation competition, the “AI Open Innovation Challenge.”

The competition aims to identify groundbreaking and innovative solutions addressing the current challenges of leading companies in Singapore and worldwide through various artificial intelligence (AI) applications.

Participation in the Innovation Challenge is open for all companies globally.

Winners will receive financial support to perform proof of concept for their solutions or conduct pilots for the proposed technologies.

This year, the challenges will focus primarily on AI applications in the following areas:

  • AI for operational efficiency and guest experience
  • AI for social and environmental impact
  • AI for surveillance and security

Program Description

Winning innovators’ prizes include:

  • Funding and Support: Access prototyping and proof-of-concept grants and funding support.
  • Access to Industry Experts: Work directly with global leaders like Safran, Seatrium, and Toyota Tsusho. Present your solution to key decision-makers who are actively seeking cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Technical Partner Support & Guidance: Gain direct access to AWS and Google Cloud companies, with expert guidance from our technical partners to refine and scale your AI solution.
  • Global Visibility: Gain exposure on a global level, showcasing your AI innovation to industry experts from around the world.

Successful collaborations between Singaporean and Israeli companies may be further leveraged through the Singapore-Israel Industrial R&D Foundation (SIIRD), supporting joint R&D and pilot projects. The next call for proposals for R&D and pilot support is expected in March 2025.
