Noam Katz, Vice President and Head of the Organizational Development Division at the Israel Innovation Authority, oversees four departments: Human Resources, Information Systems (IT), Organization and Methods, and Procurement.
Noam joined the Israel Innovation Authority following a long career at the Israel Securities Authority, where in his most recent role he served as Vice President and Head of the Organization, Finance and Human Resources Department. Noam has 15 years of experience in human resources and operations, during which he led organizational change processes and management reforms and managed budgets totaling hundreds of millions of shekels.
Noam holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology-Anthropology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, and an Executive MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
