Here you can find the List of countries and organizations participating in the partnership.

Program Description

The objective is to promote collaborations between academic, clinical, and industrial entities to test and demonstrate innovative solutions for effective and personalized treatment of patients with multiple chronic diseases.

Research will focus on the use of multimodal data for diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment, including remote monitoring, decision-support tools, and improving adherence to long-term therapies.

Projects must be tested in controlled real-world environments (such as hospitals, community clinics, or virtual settings), with a clear strategy for data collection, processing, and use.

Finance

The Innovation Authority grant rate will be 66% of the approved budget for industrial corporations and 80% of the approved budget for commercialization companies (academia). The total grant budget allocated by the Innovation Authority for all Israeli participants approved under the EP PerMed RITC sub-program in 2026 is €0.5 million.

This does not constitute a commitment to pay this amount, in whole or in part.

Participants funded by the Ministry of Health under its public call will not be eligible for double funding from both the Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Health for the same activity, subject to the ISERD Procedure.
