The EU aims to promote a global transition to sustainable food systems. Targeted R&I activities in particular under the EU-Africa Partnership on Food and Nutrition Security and Sustainable Agriculture (FNSSA) or global initiatives through international research consortia initiative will contribute to this ambition.
