When Engineering and Biology Meet: Open Call For Bio-Convergence Projects - Advanced Medicine Under Horizon 2020

As part of the National Bio-Convergence Program the Israel Innovation Authority is promoting projects in this field. The open call for proposals under the European Horizon2020 Health program offers a unique, last chance opportunity to apply for 2020 calls, in April:

•  SC1-DTH-12-2020 Use of Real-World Data to advance research on the management of complex chronic conditions
• SC1-DTH-04-2020 International cooperation in smart living environments for ageing people
• SC1-DTH-06-2020 Accelerating the uptake of computer simulations for testing medicines and medical devices

The calls offer funding opportunities of Millions of Euros with a grant coverage rate of 70%-100% of project costs. The program facilitates collaborations with partners from industry, academy in Europe and Israel, access to the EU market. The event offers a unique opportunity to network with potential partners, and build together project ideas and concepts in the frame of the calls.
