About the Event
MuniTech - Israel's Smart Cities Community was established at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Digital Israel, Ministry of Interior and the Innovation Authority in order to promote the field of smart cities in Israel. Bar Ilan University and the Federation of Local Authorities in Israel were elected to run the community.
The community's vision is to improve the quality of life of the residents of the local authorities and to be the leading body in Israel in connecting the components of the local ecosystem for the purpose of assisting in promoting the field with the local authorities. The community will assist technology companies in the field, so that their activities in Israel will expand, make a unique contribution to policy-making in the field of smart cities and serve as a platform for raising resources for the benefit of the community. Furthermore, the community will work to create a network of international connections for the benefit of its members.
The event will focus on urban innovation in smart cities, from the perspective of the various stakeholders and the contribution of the community to the advancement of the field, and will include a presentation of Smart Cities in Horizon Europe, by Dan Seker.
The conference will be held at Music Building No. 1005, in the conference hall on the entrance floor. Entrance from Gate 10 or Gate 20
