Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Singapore Israel Industrial R&D Foundation (SIIRD) is a co-operation between the Singapore Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the Israel Innovation Authority to promote, facilitate and support joint industrial R&D collaboration between Singapore-based companies or research and development entities, and Israel-based companies across different industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This program is operated under the Authority\u2019s incentive program for Bilateral Funds<\/a> and the Israel-Singapore Fund (SIIRD)<\/a>. Please read the full details on the Fund\u2019s website<\/a>

Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. The application must be jointly submitted by a Singapore-registered company or research entity and an Israel-registered company. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Either company must not have more than 20% shareholding in the partnering company.
    The joint project must be undertaken in Singapore and Israel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. At least 30% of the actual R&D work must be done in Singapore as well as in Israel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Technology and product developed must have potential for commercialization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Companies must have the ability to fund the supplementary portion of their project budget after a grant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
