{"id":1568,"date":"2023-05-14T06:26:08","date_gmt":"2023-05-14T06:26:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovationisrael.org.il\/en\/?post_type=kol_kore&#038;p=1568"},"modified":"2023-05-23T08:38:29","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T08:38:29","slug":"israel-russia-eighth-call-for-proposals-for-joint-rd-projects","status":"publish","type":"kol_kore","link":"https:\/\/innovationisrael.org.il\/en\/kol_kore\/israel-russia-eighth-call-for-proposals-for-joint-rd-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Israel-Russia Eighth Call for Proposals for Joint R&amp;D Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participating Agencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Government of the Russian Federation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the framework of the activities foreseen by the Agreement on industrial and technological research and<br>development cooperation between Russia and Israel, the Government of the Russian Federation and The<br>Government of the State of Israel, The Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs on behalf of the<br>Russian Federation and ISERD on behalf of the State of Israel- Innovation Authority, Ministry of Economy, are<br>announcing the procedures for the selection of R&amp;D projects eligible for financial support within this framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements for projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product, process or service must be innovative with new technologies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Life expectancy of technology commercialization &#8211; approximately 3-5 years;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project must be mutually significant for participants from both countries with a clear commercial or industrial application of markets in Israel, Russia and world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relevant Technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Program Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program scope<\/strong>:<br>This call aims at developing innovative products and applications in all technological and application<br>areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br>The requirements to be followed in order to apply to the present Call are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Israeli partner must be Industrial entity (company) which may be technologically and&nbsp;scientifically assisted by Industrial or non industrial entity (e.g.: university research institute etc.) as&nbsp;subcontractor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Russian partner can be an industrial entity (company) or a non industrial entity (e.g.: university, research institute etc.) or have a team that can carry out a research program on the&nbsp;Project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Russian and Israeli partners must express the will to cooperate, on a mutually significant basis, towards<br>the development of a new product, industrial process or service.<br><br><strong>Requirements for application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application must be submitted on behalf of the partners in Russian Federation and the State of<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Israel;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application must contain the partnership agreement on the commercialization of the product,&nbsp;process or service once the phase of research and development has been completed and the&nbsp;ownership and use of knowhow and IPR settlements (\u201cPartnership Agreement\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application is issued in accordance with the requirements Presented by:<strong>&nbsp;Innovation Authority&nbsp;\u2013 for Israeli partners<\/strong>&nbsp;and by&nbsp;<strong>Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs \u2013 for Russian partners.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evaluation and selection of the projects<\/strong>:<br>Applications will be evaluated according to the national laws, rules, regulations &amp; procedures for each party (Israeli<br>-Russian) and the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Novelty of the proposal, the potential of application in the production and effects created by the&nbsp;cooperation of the project partners (The added value of the cooperation between project partners);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scientific validity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical feasibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with nanotechnology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications of the applicants in performing the specific tasks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected economic results from the realization of the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technological innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacities of the participating partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economic potential of the proposed product\/service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The added value of the cooperation between project partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The capability of the partners (R&amp;D personnel, Infrastructure, Finance, Marketing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modalities for the financial support of the projects<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Projects in the frame of this call will be financed by the respective national authorities in Russia &amp;&nbsp;Israel, in accordance with the national laws, rules, regulations &amp; procedures in effect. Every selected&nbsp;project can be financed based on the eligible&nbsp; osts of research and development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Israel<\/strong>:<br>Funding rate is determined according to the applicable funding scheme. When the project is&nbsp;successful, repayment of royalties may apply according to applicable rules and procedures. No&nbsp;repayment is due when the project does not reach the stage of the commercialization.&nbsp;The Israeli industrial partner will have to comply with the procedures, rules and regulations of the Innovation&nbsp;Authority funding scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Russia<\/strong>:<br>Russian partner should submit the application to the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs.&nbsp;The project must comply with the procedures, rules and regulations of the financing of the Fund for&nbsp;Infrastructure and Educational Programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies will be invited to submit their funding applications according to national procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application form in is directed to the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs to the&nbsp;email address<br><a href=\"mailto:otbor.rus-isr@rusnano.com\">otbor.rus-isr@rusnano.com<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As for Israeli partners, submission of the Innovation Authority forms is expected by March 28, 2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Companies should contact ISERD before submission in order to receive the submission guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attachments<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","term_type":[],"department":[],"class_list":["post-1568","kol_kore","type-kol_kore","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
