Neta Gruber Perry is Europe Desk Director at the International Collaboration Division of the
Israel Innovation Authority, where she creates and leads collaboration opportunities for
Israeli startups with a variety of international partners (corporates, universities, hospitals,
municipalities and more), with a special focus on Health-tech and Climate-tech.
Neta has diverse experience in the fields of innovation, research, business development and
social entrepreneurship, spanning private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Prior to assuming her role at the Israel Innovation Authority, Neta was Director of Research
and Strategic Relations at Tel Aviv Municipality’s economic development team, focusing on
fostering Tel Aviv’s startup ecosystem, before joining Venn, an innovative startup in the field
of urban communities, where she was Head of Impact and Strategic Partnerships. Neta later
on directed Israel Lean Launchpad – an accelerator program founded by the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem and was then Head of University Partnerships at Fresh Fund – an
early-stage venture capital firm, where she also taught an academic course on venture
capital investments as part of Haifa University’s Innovation Labs.
Neta holds a BA (Honors) in Amirim Interdisciplinary Excellence Program and International
Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master of Public Policy from Oxford
University and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Program.
Neta is a member of the ROI network for leading Jewish social activists run by the
Schusterman Family Foundation, as well as the 8400 Health-Tech network. She lives in
Jerusalem with her partner and two children and leads workshops on connection and
empathy-led communication in her spare time.
